At the initiative of Prosolutions TIN LLC, a training session on Mongolian tax legislation was successfully organized in cooperation with the Mongolian Tax Administration and the Mongolia–Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The speakers included Ms. Ts. Odonchimeg, Head of the Transfer Pricing Division under the Tax Audit and Methodology Department, and Ms. Ts. Undarmaa, State Tax Inspector at the Tax Administration and International Taxation Department.
They delivered presentations covering:
- The Corporate Income Tax Law
- The Personal Income Tax Law
- The Value-Added Tax Law
- Mongolia’s transfer pricing framework
- Other key tax compliance matters requiring taxpayers’ attention
Following the presentations, participants raised a wide range of questions concerning Japanese companies, permanent establishments and representative offices operating in Mongolia and received practical information and professional guidance.
Participants also actively shared their views and recommendations in connection with the nationwide consultations and public surveys initiated by the Government of Mongolia as part of its efforts to reform the country’s tax legislation.
At the conclusion of the training, consultants from Prosolutions TIN LLC and GS Account TMZ LLC provided taxpayers with individual guidance and advice on specific tax matters.
