From 23 June to 2 July 2024, representatives of Prosolutions TIN LLC participated in the “Certified Tax Consultant Practical Training Programme – 3.”
The programme was jointly organized by the Chiba Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants and the Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants. It aimed to promote professional knowledge-sharing and strengthen mutual understanding between tax professionals from Mongolia and Japan.
The programme included training sessions, professional meetings and institutional visits covering Japan’s certified tax accountant system, tax administration, digitalization of professional services and tax education.

- Cooperation between Japan’s tax authorities and certified tax accountant associations
- Organizational structure and activities of the Chiba Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants
- Digitalization of tax accounting and advisory services
- Tax education, including a lesson entitled “What Is Tax?”
- Professional liability insurance for tax professionals
Institutional Visits and Activities
- Attending and observing the general meeting of the Chiba Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants
- Learning about the day-to-day work of certified tax accountants
- Visiting a council meeting of the Tokyo Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Association
- Visiting the headquarters of the Japan Federation of Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Associations
- Learning about the operations of professional tax accounting firms
- Exploring TKC’s integrated software solutions
- Participating in a joint symposium organized by Chiba University of Commerce and the Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants
The programme represented an important step towards strengthening the professional capabilities of certified tax consultants in Mongolia and learning from international best practices.
