A representative of Prosolutions TIN LLC spoke at Mongolia–Japan Business Connect 2026, held on September 18, 2026.
The presentation covered key tax, customs, and social insurance considerations for investing in and doing business in Mongolia. Topics included requirements for establishing a foreign-invested company; the tax treatment of permanent establishments (PEs) and representative offices; corporate income tax; value-added tax (VAT); withholding tax; transfer pricing; and the fundamentals of payroll taxation and social insurance. The presentation also highlighted tax reforms taking effect in 2027.
